Each individual may hold only one active mbi365 Account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether in the same name, the same household address, the same device, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and permanent exclusion from the Platform.
All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. mbi365 may verify registration details against third-party identity databases. Providing false information is a material breach of this Agreement.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your mbi365 Account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. mbi365 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
You must notify mbi365 immediately if you become aware of or reasonably suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether authorised or unauthorised (unless arising from mbi365's own negligence). All bets placed, transactions initiated, and bonuses claimed through your Account are binding on you.
mbi365 accepts deposits via the following local Malaysian payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and other methods listed on the payments page. All deposit transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Third-party payment processing fees, if any, are disclosed at the point of transaction.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction initiation. mbi365 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.
Withdrawals may only be processed to payment methods previously used to fund your Account or to verified methods registered under your name. mbi365 processes withdrawal requests as follows: e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow) are processed within 5 minutes for KYC-verified accounts; bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong) are processed within the same working day.
mbi365 is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing the first withdrawal and on an ongoing basis as required by our compliance obligations. You will be required to submit a government-issued photo identification document (Malaysian MyKad, passport) and proof of address not more than 3 months old. mbi365 may request additional documentation at its discretion. mbi365 may request documentation evidencing the legitimate source of funds deposited into your Account. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges and, if required by applicable regulations, reporting to relevant authorities.
All Bonus Funds awarded by mbi365 are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be completed in full before any portion of the Bonus Funds or winnings derived therefrom may be withdrawn. Unless otherwise stated, the default wagering requirement is 30× the bonus amount.
Different game categories contribute at different rates towards wagering requirements. Live casino games and slots typically contribute at 100% of stake value. Certain games may contribute at reduced rates (e.g., 10%–50%) or be excluded entirely from wagering contribution. Full contribution tables are available in the promotions section of the Platform.
Bonus Funds that are not wagered within the stated validity period will automatically expire and be removed from your Account. mbi365 will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances except where an error on mbi365's part caused the premature expiry.
mbi365 reserves the right to withhold, void, or claw back bonuses and any winnings derived therefrom where evidence of bonus abuse is identified, including but not limited to: use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placement of opposing bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk, or collusion with other players to exploit promotion terms.
The mbi365 Welcome Bonus is available to new registered members only and may be claimed once per player, household, IP address, payment method, and device. Subsequent deposits are subject to the standard reload promotion schedule.

In the event of an internet disconnection during a live game, mbi365's systems will record the game state at the point of disconnection. Where possible, the round will be completed using the last known bet position. Specific disconnection rules for each game type are set out in the individual game rules accessible from the game lobby.
Unless otherwise stated in a specific game's rules, the maximum payout per player per day from bonus-funded play is limited to RM50,000. Real-money funded play is subject to the maximum payout limits set by individual game providers, which are disclosed within each game interface.

mbi365 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time for any of the following reasons: breach of this Agreement; suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; legal or regulatory requirement; or at mbi365's sole discretion with reasonable notice where no breach has occurred. In such cases, legitimate real-money balances (net of applicable bonus amounts) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within 10 business days.
You may request the closure of your mbi365 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining real-money balance will be processed to your verified payment method within 5 business days. Pending withdrawal requests will be completed before account closure is finalised.
An Account that has not had any login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months is classified as dormant. mbi365 will notify you via your registered email before applying any dormancy administration fee. The fee will not reduce a positive balance below zero. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after 24 months of inactivity.
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which mbi365 holds its operating licence. In the event of any dispute between you and mbi365 arising from these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through mbi365's internal complaints process as follows:

mbi365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered players via email to the address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the mbi365 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 11.2.
